TRANSITIONAL RULES FOR HIGHER FILM TAX CREDIT CLARIFIED

VICTORIA – As announced on Jan. 25, 2008, the Province intends to increase the basic Film Incentive BC Tax Credit rate to 35 per cent from 30 per cent and the basic Production Services Tax Credit rate to 25 per cent from 18 per cent.
