Premier Gordon Campbell has spoken to Washington Governor Gary Locke, reiterating B.C.'s firm opposition to the proposed Sumas 2 power project. The governor is meeting with interveners today in Olympia, Washington. Below is the text of the Premier's letter to Governor Locke.
