The Golden Jubilee window is on the first floor of the legislature, opposite the Diamond Jubilee window that commemorates 60 years of Queen Victoria's reign. The Golden Jubilee window features the flora and fauna of B.C. There are unique depictions of the stellar jay, an eagle, grizzly bear, seal, salmon, moose, cougar and whale. Throughout the window, there are several small dogwoods, B.C.'s official flower, and numerous crowns.

2002-10-01 - Premier Gordon Campbell, right, and Ontario Premier Ernie Eves hold a news conference in Toronto Oct. 1, 2002, after a luncheon to support the British Columbia bid for the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. Canada's provincial and territorial leaders have given unanimous support to the bid, which Campbell says are "our chance to showcase the best of B.C. and the best of our country, and to show the rest of the world what British Columbians can accomplish."
