Premier Gordon Campbell was joined by federal Minister of Indian and Northern Affairs Jim Prentice and Chief Dominic Frederick to celebrate the initialling of the final agreement between the provincial and federal governments and the Lheidli T'enneh Band, the first final agreement to be initialled under the B.C.
