For immediate release LIBRARIES OFFER GRACE PERIOD DUE TO ICE STORM AND POWER OUTAGES CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI Library patrons will not be charged overdue fees for items on loan which were due back this past week. The Provincial Library Service is offering a seven-day grace period for all overdue items at provincial libraries, up to and including Monday, February 4, 2008.
