You can now order certificates using our new secure on-line electronic ordering system, in addition to ordering by telephone or fax using a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card.

We suggest that you utilize our new secure electronic ordering system when making application by credit card. This easy convenient way of ordering your documents on-line provides an immediate application, notice of receipt to you and in most cases, where full and complete information has been provided, will have your request in the hands of Canada Post for delivery the next business day.  

Please note that due to high volume demands on our operators taking the credit card orders by phone, you may find that waits for the next available operator can be lengthy.

Order by FAX

You may download and print an application form. Complete the form, and please include the following information. 

• Credit card number
• Expiry date
• Regular or rush requests or processing

Order by Telephone

Call toll-free 1 888 876-1633 in British Columbia to order certificates by telephone. From outside of BC, call the toll line at 250 952-2557.

Regular Request

Regular processing costs $27.00 per certificate ($50.00 per photocopy or genealogical certificate). Delivery is by regular mail service.

Rush Request

Rush processing costs $60.00 per certificate. Delivery is by courier service anywhere in the world. Please note courier delivery cannot be made to a postal box. A rush request or order can only be made to a specific site address where a person can receive and sign for the package.
