If You Want a Liquor Licence
In British
Columbia, each liquor licence class has its own eligibility requirements and its
own licence terms and conditions, outlined in the Liquor
Control and Licensing Act and Regulations.
This
section of the web site explains eligibility requirements and what you will need
to do to apply for a liquor licence in each licence class, the application process
followed by the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch, and what your responsibilities
will be once you receive your licence.
