If You Want a Liquor Licence

In British Columbia, each liquor licence class has its own eligibility requirements and its own licence terms and conditions, outlined in the Liquor Control and Licensing Act and Regulations.

For information about applying to make or import non-beverage alcohol, see Rules for making or importing non-beverage alcohol.
