Teleclaim Contact Centre
Workers who are injured at work and miss work time as a result should report their injuries to WorkSafeBC by calling our Teleclaim Contact Centre. Through Teleclaim, callers are connected with a WorkSafeBC representative, who completes an injury report on their behalf, explains the claims process, and helps obtain services to assist with recovery and return to work.
Calling the Teleclaim Contact Centre
Teleclaim is available to workplaces throughout B.C., Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at 1 888 WORKERS (1 888 967-5377), or #5377 for Telus, Rogers, and Bell mobility customers.
Ordering Teleclaim materials for your workplace
Teleclaim posters and wallet cards that feature the Teleclaim telephone number are available, free of charge. Simply enter your order at www.worksafebcstore.com, and we'll deliver it to you.
