About Info entrepreneurs

Mission

Info entrepreneurs is a leader in the delivery of quality strategic information on government programs and services directed to the business community.

Info entrepreneurs constitutes a privileged source of commercial information, thus contributing to the economic growth of SMEs.

Who Are We?

Info entrepreneurs is a service of the government of Canada delivered by the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal.

Info entrepreneurs is part of the Canada Business Network which comprises 13 major centres across Canada.

In a nutshell, the mandate of the Canada Business Network is to provide businesses in all regions of Canada, promptly and free of charge, with accurate business information on provincial and federal government programs, services and regulations.

In Québec, Info entrepreneurs, the main centre in Montréal, provides services to the 514, 450 and 819 regions, and Ressources Entreprises, a satellite centre in Québec City, serves the 418 region.

The Canada Business service centres have also set up the Aboriginal Business Services Network; Info entrepreneurs was mandated to offer this service in Québec.

The quality of our advice and the scope of our expertise are based on privileged access to diverse, reliable and specialised sources of information; our extensive network of partners is one of our strongest assets and guarantees you better results.

Aside from our principal role of providing information, one of the major challenges for Info entrepreneurs is to compile the vast quantity of information available on the numerous government programs and services. The task is all the more complex since we serve a diversified client base at every phase of the development of a business, all across Québec.

We have therefore created Info-Guides, which are clear and concise syntheses of key topics such as support for business start-ups or exporting. We have also developed advanced interactive tools on the Internet such as the Interactive Business Planner (IBP) and the Business Start–Up Assistant (BSA) to guide you in your search for information.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, don't hesitate to let us know; we will do our utmost to correct the problem promptly.
