Watch for a Spirit of BC Family Skate Day near you
BC Hydro is excited to be part of the Spirit of BC Week 2008 celebrations as an official presenter of Spirit of BC Family Skate Day.
BC Hydro outreach representatives, including Team Power Smart and the Super Fans, will be on hand for Spirit of BC Family Skate Day activities in Burnaby, Surrey, Nanaimo, Prince George and Vernon. Events will take place during the fourth annual Spirit of BC Week, scheduled for February 8 – 16, 2008.
Spirit of BC Week, held every year in February, is a celebration of our province and its unique communities. It provides an opportunity for communities across B.C. to stage activities and events that showcase pride in our province and profile local programs and services that strengthen sport and recreation, healthy living, arts and culture, literacy and volunteerism.
