Description :
The Driver Control Board supports the balance of public safety and individual rights and responsibilities. This independent board appointed by cabinet hears and decides on appeals for driver licence restrictions and cancellations. The Board & Council Coordinator provides administrative support to the Board in hearings, follow-up, and administration of the Alcohol Ignition Interlock Program.
