Direct Sellers Act

The Direct Sellers Act regulates the activities of people who sell goods and services by going from house to house or over the telephone.

Most direct sellers must obtain a license before they can operate in Prince Edward Island. They must carry this license on their person and when requested to do so, must present the license for inspection by a consumer.
