The Routine Access Policy for the Nova Scotia Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture,

the Departments, is designed to provide persons with an
opportunity to obtain certain categories of records. Those
records which are eligible are described in Schedule B of
the policy. The policy reflects the spirit of openness and
accountability of the Freedom of Information and Protection
of Privacy Act.
