A non-profit corporation is a group of at least three (3) persons (members) who are the applicants and temporary directors.
The corporation engages in non-profit cultural, social, philanthropic, national, patriotic, religious, charitable, scientific, artistic, professional, athletic, sports, educational or other activities.
Name Research Report you produced online, free of charge;

Request for a Name Research Report or name reservation submitted online;
OR
Request for a Name Research Report Application/Name Reservation Application (PDF file).

Step 1: Obtain a Name Research Report or name reservation.
Produce your own Name Research Report online, free of charge, and go on to Step 2.
OR
Submit your request for a Name Research Report or name reservation online.
OR
Mail, fax or bring the form to a Registraire des entreprises office with the required payment.
The enterprise registrar will then send you a Name Research Report along with confirmation of a name reservation, if applicable.
Step 2: Submit the documents.
If your application is approved, the letters patent will be sent to you and the enterprise registrar will register the non-profit corporation by filing a copy of the letters patent in the register.
An Initial Declaration produced within 60 days following the filing of your letters patent in the register is free; otherwise a fee is charged.
