The Library is located in Council's Halifax office at 6169 Quinpool Road, suite 202, and is open to the public Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for drop-in, or by appointment. In general, if you call or email before you arrive, we can set aside materials you request.
