Communities, Cultural Affairs and LabourHOME / Administration The Policy and Administration Division is responsible for providing corporate management services within the department. These services include Communications, Financial Administration, Human Resource Management, and Planning and Policy Development. In addition, the division administers the Office of the Employer Advisor and the Coordinator for the Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal. Corporate management services are also provided to the Office of the Attorney General.
