Concerning start-up paths specifically
Once completed, the start-up path proposes a list of formalities to be met in order to constitute and start a business in Québec, according to a pre-determined type of business and sector of activity. However, because every situation can have its own particularities, the list may not be exhaustive and, as a result, may not contain all of the formalities to be met in constituting and starting a business.
Thus, to determine all of the formalities applicable to a given situation, Services Québec recommends that you click on Formalities (available in French only), and complete the formalities applicable to that situation. Users are responsible for identifying and meeting all of the formalities applicable to their situation.
Limitation of responsibility
Services Québec does not assume any responsibility for the information posted on the portal, including lists of formalities generated in conjunction with start-up paths.
