Note that a sole proprietorship whose registration has been struck off upon request in the past must specify their previously assigned Québec Enterprise Number (NEQ) on their Declaration of Registration when registering anew. The completed French version of the declaration of registration must be submited either by mail or in person at one of the two offices of Services Québec that provide the services related to the enterprise register.
