The Office of Environmental Health is part of the Department of Health, Division of Population Health. Environmental Health provides the delivery of various programs and services under the PEI Public Health Act and Regulations, the Federal Tobacco Act, and the PEI Tobacco Sales and Access Act and Regulations. Our main focus includes the enforcement of regulations, education, and illness prevention.
