Primary Care - Family Health Centres
WHAT WE DO
The Primary Care Coordinator for Western PEI is responsible for Beechwood, Harbourside and Evangeline Health Centres. The Primary Care Coordinator for Central PEI has responsibility for Central Queens Family Health Centre (Hunter River) and Gulf Shore (Rustico satellite site), and Four Neighbourhoods Community Health Centre.
The Public Health & Primary Care Coordinator West is responsible for Souris and Montague Family Heatlh Centres.
