On April 12, Minister Abbott announced new contracts for six airplanes with the BC Ambulance Service. The BCAS Air Ambulance Program operates six airplanes, two in Kelowna, one in Prince George and three in Vancouver, and three helicopters, one in Prince Rupert and two in Vancouver.
