On June 20, Minister Abbott toured the site of the new Abbotsford Regional Hosptial and Cancer Centre. The hospital, scheduled to open on time and on budget in summer 2008, will benefit from $30 million in state-of-the-art medical technology and systems, announced by the Minister. Included is a new MRI machine, two 64-slice CT scanners and two digital mammography units. [News release]
