The B.C. Nursing Strategy was created in 2001 to address the growing demand for more nurses. The B.C. Nursing Strategy helps educate, retain and recruit the best qualified nurses in British Columbia and applies to Registered Nurses, Registered Psychiatric Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Nurse Practitioners.
