Regulations
Québec parks are protected areas where everyone can practice a wide array of outdoor activities and benefit from a pleasant stay in a safe setting. Thank you for taking the time to read the general rules and regulations of Parcs Québec as well as the regulations governing camping in the park.
Also take note of the new law on observing marine mammals (pdf : 541 ko) before your next nautical adventure. You can get a copy of the law from Fisheries and Oceans Canada, the Parc national du Saguenay or the Parc marin du Saguenay-Saint-Laurent.
Make sure you know the catch limits for ice fishing.
Warning:
Since the Saguenay is a very particular body of water (changing tides, winds and currents), only those with adequate experience in sea kayaking may go out and explore it alone. Guided tours are offered for less experienced kayakers.
