Discovery Activities
One of the most enchanting ways to discover this incomparable natural area is to take part in discovery activities. During the summer and fall, talks on the trails, guided rabaska canoe, canoe or kayak excursions with park wardens, and a number of other activities are an invitation to experience the splendours of Parc national d'Aiguebelle.
This summer, come to one of our magic evenings when the park wardens present a short play about the park's history. This funny and simple play offers you a glimpse into the sometimes tragic, sometimes comic moments in the creation of the territory up until today.
During the winter, discovery activities on mountaineering snowshoes are available upon request.
Also, on March, come and enjoy an evening of culture and nature: Tale, Snowshoe, and Torches, an invitation to discover the nocturnal side of Aiguebelle on snowshoes.
The activities are individually priced. Find out about other scheduled activities by contacting the
park or consulting the calendar.
No matter what the season, come our for an unforgettable experience at the park with family, friends or colleagues. Our discovery activities allow you to observe birds at dawn, admire a fault in a rabascaw canoe, paddle on the biggest lake in the park, relive the area’s history through stories or explore the Abijévis on mountain snowshoes.
Réseau d'observation faunique de l'Abitibi-Temiscamingue
The Parc national d'Aiguebelle is swarming with life. The interpretation and wildlife observation brochure is available at the park boutique. This tool will help you plan your outings in the park and increase your chances of seeing some animals. They are there, very close by, and they're watching you... wouldn't you like to know how to do the same?
