The Peat Bog: A Treasure at the Heart of the Forest
Stroll into the heart of a peat bog on a network of wooden walkways, featuring two observation towers. Discover the many treasures of this ecosystem, thanks to the numerous discovery panels, or take part in a guided tour with a park warden.
The Majestic Grand Lac Saint-François
Navigate the 51 km² of Lac Grand Saint-François. Take advantage of the warm waters of Baie aux Rats musqués and Baie Sauvage to swim or enjoy your favourite water sports (canoe, kayak, pedal boat), and fishing
Cycling Path
Enjoy a safe and enjoyable ride on the 8-km bike path (one way) that extends along the shores of Grand Lac Saint-François. Take a break at one of the many rest stops and observe the magnificent surroundings.
You can also take advantage of the magnificent landscape you'll see on the trail linking Baie-Sauvage Campground with Lac à la Barbue.
A Good Night's Rest
Get a good night's rest at one of the 250 campsites, including some 30 canoe-camping sites and primitive campsites. You can also stay in a rustic shelter or take advantage of the privacy of one of the 8 Southern Sector cabins.
Discover the Park’s Snow-Covered Beauty
On snowshoes or backcountry skis, come and recharge your batteries while the park is blanketed in white, inviting you to discover its gentle and peaceful scenery. Very limited services in the winter. Admission with self-registration posts for holders of the Annual Park Card or the Annual Network Card.
