Discovery Activities

Bonaventure Island sector

Hosted activities are held at the sea bird colony all day long. Talk to the park wardens who live at the site and find out all about the nesting stages of the Northern Gannet. Join a park warden for a lively "Nature Quiz" or perhaps go on a hunt for beach "bugs".

Guided Tour - An experienced park warden will accompany you all the way to the Northern Gannet bird colony. The first third of the Colonies trail will take you back through human and geological history. Observe 40 years of forest regrowth, while trying to guess which six land mammal species live in this habitat.

Historical Discovery - Take a guided tour of historic Le Boutillier House and become an islander, fisherman, farmer, or manager of the Jersey fishing company, Le Boutillier Brothers. Steep yourself in the atmosphere of this recently restored historic treasure and relive several centuries of history.

Historic Charles-Robin Sector (Percé)
