Québec parks are protected areas where everyone can practice a wide array of outdoor activities and benefit from a pleasant stay in a safe setting. Thank you for taking the time to read the general regulations.
Warning
The park comprises the island, Percé Rock and a 100-metre protected marine zone. Some of the more fragile park sectors are specially zoned for better protection and appropriate use. In Canada, the Migratory Birds Convention Act provides an additional 500-m perimeter of protection around the park.
Do not remove or pick any plants, since a gesture imitated by hundreds of visitors can have considerable consequences.
Let the animals feed themselves and don't bother them by getting too close.
Avoid walking outside the trails, so as not to disturb the plant life.
Going on the island at night is not a good idea, since this may bother the animals.
It is prohibited to collect rocks, fossils and any marine organisms in the park.
Walking along the cliffs of Rocher Percé is extremely dangerous. Several tons of rocks fall from Rocher Percé each year. Anyone who walks by Rocher Percé does so at their own risk.
