Interpretation and Visitors Centre * : Welcome and information, Boutique Nature, registrations for campgrounds, huts and outdoor/astronomy activities.

Boutique Nature

A vast array of souvenirs, clothing for adults and children, discovery products for young people, and outdoor articles is offered at the Boutique Nature. All profits are re-invested in the park to enhance its conservation. By choosing our Parcs Québec collections, you are joining us, in the development of Québec's natural and cultural heritage. The boutique also offers educational products, such as introductory astronomy and star locator books.

Food Services

The park's restaurant offers complete meals. The menu is composed of a choice of soups and hot meals. Supper packages are available for winter torch-light skiing.

Transportation services

Shuttle

A shuttle service to the Observatory at the summit of Mont-Mégantic is available in the summer with ASTROLab packages. For visitors who would like to go to the top of the mountain without the guided tour, the road is accessible to vehicles all day if weather permits (closed in the winter).

Transportation of baggage

The park can transport your baggage from the Information Kiosk to the hut between January and March. The maximum weight per bag is 20 kg (45 pounds). Taking baggage from point A to point B is counted as one transport. To reserve baggage transport, contact the Sales and Reservations Office at1 800 665-6527. You must travel to your accommodations site on skis or snowshoes.

Climb to the Highpoint of Winter

The park invites you to board our vehicle with a guide who will take you to the summit of Mont Mégantic. From there, you can climb back down to the Information Kiosk. All you have to do is strap on your snowshoes and set out to enjoy the view. Have the park restaurant make a lunch for you and take a healthy break in one of our huts!
