Each business area has field teams, which are comprised of a group of field-oriented staff reporting to a TSO. Field teams are located with TSOs and in other communities. BCTS also has a small field presence in two locations – Nakusp and Squamish. TSOs report to a small headquarters operation based in Victoria.
