Help

The Québec government Services for businesses portal is designed to offer you several ways to access the information you wish to obtain. You can gain access to information on Québec government programs and services by using one of the following methods:

Site rubrics
Site rubrics are divided into subjects, whereas rubrics on the other pages are broken down by clientele, so that you can find what you’re looking for rapidly, on the basis of your situation or areas of interest.

Search engine
If none of the rubrics seems to correspond to your needs, we suggest you use the search engine (located above left menu). In the “Search for” box, type the word or words that best describe your subject. Avoid using vague terms; be as precise as possible in the choice of your key words.

Document format
Some of the documents and forms available for downloading on this site are in PDF format. If you have not already done so, download the Adobe Reader freeware. Version 5.1 or higher is recommended for best results.

Inventory of programs and services
You can access Québec government programs and services directly by clicking on the rubrics in the right menu of the portal. Note that assistance programs are broken down by theme and region.

Site map
The site map enables you to consult the table of contents at any time, thanks to a link at the top of the page. All rubrics are listed there, in a hierarchical format.

Telephone assistance
You may contact Services Québec by phone or e-mail.  You can also go in person to one of our offices and consult a member of the information staff.  Click on Contact Us.
