DR. PETER CENTRE BREAKS NEW GROUND
VANCOUVER — The start of construction was celebrated today at the Dr. Peter Centre, the first development in Canada to combine supportive living with a day health program for people with HIV/AIDS. This project combines the contribution of the federal and provincial governments, through the Canada-BC Affordable Housing Program, with additional funding provided by the Dr. Peter Aids Foundation and a donation of land from the City of Vancouver.
