4,000 NEW SPACES INCREASE ACCESS ON ISLAND

PARKSVILLE — Five post-secondary institutions on Vancouver Island will receive funding for 4,000 new student spaces by 2010, Premier Gordon Campbell announced today during a speech to the Association of Vancouver Island and Coastal Communities.
