PREMIER ANNOUNCES $3.5 MILLION FOR B.C. KIDS AT CANUCK PLACE
Premier Gordon Campbell was joined by Jaxson Creasey and his mom Jesse to announce the Province is providing $3.5 million in funding to the Canuck Place Children's Hospice, which provides support and services for children with life-limiting illnesses and their families from across B.C.

VANCOUVER — B.C. children with life-threatening conditions and their families will benefit from a $3.5-million contribution to Canuck Place Children's Hospice to enhance access to respite, end of life and bereavement support services, Premier Gordon Campbell announced today.

COUNCIL OF FOREST INDUSTRIES 2006 ANNUAL CONVENTION

KELOWNA — Premier Gordon Campbell today announced new measures to support B.C.'s forest industry including $10.5 million to promote forest products and pine beetle wood in international markets, and a new market-based timber pricing system for the Interior. Premier Campbell made the announcement at the Council of Forest Industries annual convention.
