Nursing Leadership: Key to Health System Effectiveness The National Advisory Council on Aging (NACA) fully endorses the findings and policy recommendations contained in CHA’s Policy Brief, Stitching the Patchwork Quilt Together: Facility-Based Long-Term Care within Continuing Care – Realities and Recommendations.
