Resources for Youth Entrepreneurs

The Youth Entrepreneurship Info-Guide has been designed by the COBSC to introduce the federal and provincial government products and services available to help promote youth entrepreneurship and employment.  This document includes the financing options available to youth entrepreneurs and a list of websites that may be of interest to youth.

Youth Opportunities Ontario is a member run, non-profit organization with the objectives of promoting entrepreneurship, furthering the growth and success of small business, and educating young entrepreneurs.

The Canadian Youth Business Foundation provides loans and mentoring to young entrepreneurs (aged 18 to 34) who are eligible to work in Canada, have written a comprehensive business plan and are not able to raise the necessary financing from other sources.
