Since 1888, Ontario’s Lieutenant Governors have granted patronage to notable provincial organizations. The Honourable David C. Onley is continuing this tradition by lending his support to a wide range of non-profit organizations as their Honorary Patron. This broadly based patronage reflects his wish to celebrate the contributions of all Ontarians, including those with disabilities.

If your organization would like to apply for the patronage of the Lieutenant Governor, complete the Patronage Information Form and send it, along with a copy of your organization’s audited financial statements from the past two fiscal years, to:
