About Telehealth Ontario

  1. What is Telehealth Ontario?

Telehealth Ontario provides a free and confidential service whereby Ontarians can get advice and information from Registered Nurses. The service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, year-round.

When contacting Telehealth, you will be asked a series of questions designed to help assess the seriousness of the problem you’re experiencing. Telehealth will not require your Ontario Health Card number to assist you.

  4. What information can a Telehealth Registered Nurse provide?
