Reports on Long-Term Care Homes

About the Reports

The Reports on Long-Term Care (LTC) Homes provide you with information on the performance of all homes in Ontario during a specified reporting period.

You can use the reports to :

Find the location of any home in Ontario and some basic details about it, such as contact information.
See the Inspection Findings — reports issued by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) — on any home.
Review the number of Verified Complaints about a home, if any exist, such as complaints from residents or relatives.
Compare Inspection Findings and Verified Complaints, side-by-side, for up to four homes at a time.

The information provided in the reports is updated regularly and is collected through the ministry’s compliance management program. The compliance management program is an inspection program conducted by ministry inspectors in all LTC homes in Ontario to monitor compliance with legislation, regulations, standards and policies.
