The Ontario Human Rights Commission (“Commission”) continues to have a duty to receive and process complaints of discrimination filed under the Ontario Human Rights Code (“Code”). The Commission also has a duty to investigate and attempt to settle all complaints filed by the public in a timely manner.

- Build on the Commission’s success with mediation
- Benefit complainants and respondents by moving cases through the complaint system faster
