Private Investigators and Security Agencies Act:

The Private Investigators and Security Agencies Act (the Act) regulates six areas of private security:
-Armoured Car Service
-Locksmith
-Private Investigators
-Security Alarm Service
-Security Consultants
-Security Patrol

These businesses and their employees must be must be licensed under the Private Investigators and Security Agencies Act with the exception of administrative staff (janitors, clerks, etc.).

The above businesses may also be subject to the Bonding Act, the Offense Act and associated Regulations of both.
