Health Professionals Act and Psychologists Regulation:
This Act provides the legal framework for those persons permitted to practice psychology in the province of British Columbia. Under this Act, powers are granted to the College of Psychologists of British Columbia to govern the qualifications, conduct and practice of psychologists in British Columbia.
