Emergency Medical Assisting

Health Emergency Act:
Emergency Medical Assistants are regulated by the Emergency Medical Assistants (EMA) Licensing Board of British Columbia. The Board is the regulatory body for governing the practice of emergency medical assistance. The Board is established under the Health Emergency Act. Emergency medical assistants may perform the acts set out in the Emergency Medical Assistants Regulation.
