The Louis Riel Capital Corporation (LRCC) is a Manitoba Metis-owned lending institution created to finance the start-up, acquisition and/or expansion of viable Metis and Non-Status Indian controlled small businesses based in Manitoba.

Our office is located at 340-150 Henry Avenue Winnipeg in the former CP building on the 3rd floor.

In order to be eligible for consideration of LRCC services, an applicant must be an individual of Metis or Non-Status Indian ancenstry (MNSI) or a corporation or other approved entity, controlled or owned by MNSI people.
