The main purpose of CIDA's Contracts and Agreements publication is to help individuals, small and medium size enterprises, and other organizations identify potential opportunities for subcontracting to organizations responsible for implementing programs and projects funded by CIDA.

The publication also informs the Canadian public about current major CIDA projects, recipient countries, and Canadian and international organizations involved in international development.

  • Organizations.

Summary

Content

Active service contracts, grants and contribution agreements of more than $100 000 in value within the geographic programs (country to country) and for which disbursements do not exceed 75% of the initial value.

These contractual arrangements may present short-term or long-term posting opportunities in recipient countries, or business opportunities in Canada.

Presentation

Information has been organized in PDF files, each of which corresponds to the following four regions:

  • Africa and Middle East
  • Americas
  • Asia
  • Central and Eastern Europe

Each region is presented in a bilingual table format, listing the countries in alphabetical order for the projects that are being implemented.

CIDA has provided information on the organizations implementing these projects, such as the contact person and their particulars, the contract/agreement value, as well as programming priorities.
