The Regulations apply to users of harbours set out in the schedules to the Regulations.

Summary

The Fishing and Recreational Harbours Act governs the administration and development of certain fishing and recreational harbours in Canada; a complete list of which is provided in the Schedule to the Regulations.

The Fishing and Recreational Harbours Regulations state the rules for:

  • leases and licenses;
  • mooring vessels;
  • berthage, wharfage and other charges; and
  • ticket offences.
