Tax Revenue Division
The Tax Revenue Division of the Ministry of Revenue
- administers Ontario's tax statutes, tax credits and benefits programs
- maintains the integrity of Ontario's tax administration system by encouraging voluntary compliance and discouraging non-compliance
- promotes compliance through taxpayer information services and an independent objections review
- deters non-compliance and tax evasion through audits, investigations and collection activities.
The division consists of seven functional branches.

13 tax offices deliver Ontario's key tax programs - Corporations Tax, Retail Sales Tax and Employer Health Tax, through a 'one window' tax office. The Tax Offices provide audit, collection, and counter services to taxpayers in their respective areas. All offices are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and are wheelchair accessible.
