TEMPORARY CEASE TRADE ORDERS ISSUED AGAINST SECURE ONE INVESTMENT GROUP AND LINDA FOSTER

The Securities Division of the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission issued a Temporary Cease Trade Order on February 20, 2008, against Secure One Investment Group (Secure One) and its representative, Linda Foster (Foster). The order expires on March 5, 2008, and may be extended.

The order directs Secure One and Foster to cease trading and advising in securities and exchange contracts.

The Securities Division has information that representatives of Secure One, including Foster, are contacting Saskatchewan residents and suggesting that they begin trading in options of gold and precious metals.

Neither Secure One nor Foster is registered in Saskatchewan to sell or give advice about securities.

The company operates a website at www.secureoneinvestment.com. It is a Panamanian company that holds itself out as a brokerage firm dedicated to servicing individuals and corporations, bringing investment opportunities in popular funds and alternative funds, and providing up-to-the-minute quotes and figures as well as extensive information on market figures and trends. Secure One states that it provides investors with the opportunity to participate in the same commodity and derivative markets as the world's largest investors, multinational corporations and major banks.

The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama issued a warning indicating that Secure One has not been issued any kind of license by the Commission, nor has it been authorized to carry out business as a financial intermediary of securities or investments in or from Panama.

Anyone contacted by Secure One, Foster or any other representative of Secure One is asked to contact the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission, Securities Division.
