Who Knew?
The Saskatchewan government abandoned the prohibition and temperance movement in 1925, but continued to control the wholesale distribution of alcohol.

Subsections 83.31(1), (2) and (3) of the Criminal Code of Canada require the Attorney General of each province to publish annually, the use made in Saskatchewan of sections 83.28, 83.29, and 83.3 of Part II.1, the Terrorism provisions of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Pursuant to the requirements of section 83.31(1), Saskatchewan reports that for the calendar year 2006, there was no use made of sections 83.28, 83.29, and 83.3 of the Criminal Code.
