Requesting information from Saskatchewan Justice

Contact the appropriate branch, agency, board or commission. They may be able to help you immediately or refer you to someone who can. If you can’t get the information you need through the regular channels, use The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Requesting information
Any person can request information.  Complete an application form by filling in your name, address and a description of the record that provides enough information to identify the records you need. Send the completed, signed application form to the Information Management Branch.
